Behind our family of fans exists a deep legacy of engineering, innovation, and efficiency.
Glocon Inc. was established in 1981 as an engineering and consulting firm. Originally based out of Parsippany, New Jersey, we grew to prominence bidding on major equipment contracts in the power industry.
In the late 90s, our team recognized a need in the market for a new generation of industrial fans. With our extensive engineering and manufacturing expertise, we developed a series of highly efficient fiberglass fans for power and chemical process cooling. With our proprietary airfoil technology and capability to produce fans up to 50 feet in diameter, the Swifter air movement platform was born.
Leveraging our airfoil technology, we more recently introduced a line of large diameter HVLS (high volume, low speed) ceiling fans. Our HVLS fans adopted the trademark efficiency of our equipment fans, but were uniquely designed to cool large warehouses and commercial spaces.
Today, we offer a comprehensive industrial fan portfolio and serve a broad range of end markets. But while much our technology has evolved, our engineering spirit has not wavered.

Founding of Glocon Incorporated, a family business that supplied engineered materials and equipment to power plants and power generation equipment OEMs.
Diversified into developing cooling equipment, namely large diameter industrial equipment fans, for power generation and other industrial applications.
Introduced a line of large diameter HVLS ceiling fans designed for cooling large facilities by leveraging our proprietary airfoil technology used in our equipment fans.
In an effort to expand our sustainable product line, we developed technology to operate HVLS ceiling fans on hybrid power seamlessly using both solar & grid power.
We have established ourselves as a mature, integrated air movement supplier with a comprehensive product portfolio spanning various applications and end markets.
Our headquarters in Denville, New Jersey is the central hub for our engineering, customer service, and warehousing functions.
